Memory foam core

The mattress topper is made of viscoelastic memory foam and offers low counter-pressure. This means that the memory foam reacts to body pressure and becomes softer as a result. The material virtually moulds itself to the body so that the body has maximum contact with the mattress surface.

In combination with the extremely low counter-pressure, a pressure-relieving effect (anti-decubitus) is achieved, which is why memory foam is often used in hospitals. Memory foam is produced as a foam and has a density of SG50 and a core thickness of approx. 4 cm.

SG stands for specific gravity and indicates how many kilograms of material per cubic metre (kg/m3) are processed in the mattress. The higher the specific weight, the better the point elasticity, resilience and durability.

A memory foam (NASA foam) mattress topper heats up during sleep. As it warms up, the mattress topper moulds itself completely to the body. This reduces pressure on the joints and provides you with even better support while you sleep.
