Payment and dispatch

The following conditions apply:

Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.

We charge a flat rate of €4.90 per order.

From an order value of € 150.00 we deliver free of charge.

From an order value of €150.00 we deliver abroad free of shipping costs.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 4-7 days, for deliveries abroad within 5-9 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further details on payment

Payment by invoice is only possiblefor companies (GmbH & AG), authorities & public institutions.

The invoice amount must be settled within 14 days when paying by invoice.
